We are happy to ship worldwide. All items will make their journey to you in recyclable, biodegradable and compostable packaging. Due to new GPSR regulations we are unfortunately no longer able to send our T Shirts and handmade items to EU addresses . We are still able to send out our vintage items to EU customers.
For UK customers- items will be sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service and we ask that you please allow 5 working days for your package to arrive
For Europe customers- items will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked And Signed For service and we ask that you please allow 7 working days for your package to arrive. Added VAT/customs/import tax is the responsibility of the customer.
For USA customers- items will be sent via Royal Mail’s International Tracked And Signed For service and we ask that you please allow 10 working days for your package to arrive. A 10% customs fee will be added on at the checkout (calculated from the basket total minus postage), this fee is then forwarded on to Royal Mail. The customer will not have to pay any further duty/custom fees on the package’s arrival into the USA.
For Australia & New Zealand- items will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked And Signed For service and we ask that you please allow 10 working days for your package to arrive. Added VAT/customs/import tax is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Due to the nature of vintage we unfortunately cannot accept returns on preloved items. We advise all our customers to check an item's description and measurements carefully before making a purchase.
We are happy to accept returns on our T-Shirts and Made By Sophia pieces. You have 7 days from the date of the item being delivered to contact us regarding how to return your item. Postage is the responsibility of the customer and we advise using a tracked service as we are not liable for missing items. Once we receive your item back we will arrange a refund for the full item amount, the postage and packing fee will not be refunded.
