In an empire line shape which takes inspiration from the 19th century Regency style. The top is fitted, cinched in under the bust and then the ankle length skirt is a flattering A line. With a high neck and puff ball short sleeves. Handmade and in good condition however there are marks on skirt, cuffs and neckline including some discolouration and spots (see photos for a clearer understanding). This piece could be dry cleaned which would certainly help freshen it up and this is reflected in the items price.
