A tea dress never goes out of style and our Val dress is no exception. By the 1970s label “Spinney” in a blue cotton mix fabric with a beautiful floral pattern. In a knee length with a button up front and smock detailing on either side of the waist. Light and airy, Valerie is perfect all all occasion from work to a summer party. There are no noticeable signs of wear.
